An alumnus of Battleground Academy in Franklin, Tennessee, Brad Lasher is a junior at Oklahoma State University, where he is pursuing a dual bachelor's degree in marketing and management. During his freshman year, Brad Lasher served as Brotherhood Chair of the school's Delta Tau Delta chapter fraternity.

Founded at Bethany College in 1858, Delta Tau Delta is active in more than 130 campuses and has a membership base of around 10,000 students. The fraternity, through its Educational Foundation, has granted more than $20 million to campus chapters so their respective members can participate in leadership programming and make a positive impact on society. One of the programs offered by Delta Tau Delta is The Charge.

A five-day growth and development experience, The Charge prompts fraternity members to think about personal and professional goals and what roles they want to have in their respective communities. The most recent experience took place this past summer in Chicago and participants were given a budget and objectives they were required to meet, similar to the former NBC show The Apprentice. Participants conclude the five-day program by writing a detailed, five-year plan and discussing the said plan with a Delta Tau Delta alumnus.

About Brad Lasher

To prepare for a career in marketing and management, Brad Lasher attends Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. An active student, Brad Lasher belongs to the university's marketing club, has earned a position in the peer mentorship program at the Spears School of Business, and made dean’s list in 2018. Additionally, he served as the brotherhood chair at his fraternity for one year, during which he led a team of six individuals and helped to orchestrate multiple events each semester for the fraternity's 132 members.

Since May 2019, he has fulfilled the duties of a server, bouncer, and member of the support staff at the Stillwater location of the Eskimo Joe's restaurant and bar. As a bouncer, he provides security solutions and ensures no under-aged customers access the bar area. Prior to joining Eskimo Joe's, he worked as a cashier at the Barn Liquor Store, and, in 2018, he furnished safety and custodial services as a fitness associate at the Colvin Recreation Center. In the position, he also offered assistance with exercise equipment and other fitness-related areas of the gym.
